This isn't the Liberator as it is in game. This is my take on what changes could be made for it to be almost on par with other top tier equipment. In truth even this version of the Liberator is on the lowest end of what I consider to be suitably balanced. Since its the starter weapon with many specialized alternatives I think it sufficient.

Liberator:
22 → 27 Durable
1.0 → 0.9 Sway
Magazines:
Short Mag:
13 → 17 Total Mags
2.5s → 2s Reload
Extended Mag:
9 → 11 Total Mags
3s → 2.5s Reload
Drum Mag:
7 → 8 Total Mags
3.5s → 3s Reload
-15 → -10 Ergonomics
Unchanged ammo recovery stats (6/4/3 Mags from Ammo Box, 12/8/6 Mags from Supply)
