Călin Georgescu has a vision for Romania. The Romanian politician emerged victorious in the first round of the presidential elections held in December 2024, but the elections were annulled by the Romanian Constitutional Court courts due to apparent external interference. This was followed in March 2025 by the Romanian Constitutional Court’s exclusion of Georgescu from the rescheduled presidential elections in May 2025.
Călin Georgescu advocates a Romania that is as independent as possible no longer wants to support NATO’s involvement in the war in Ukraine.
The more a country develops sovereignty and independence, the more it can find its own centre and thus have a stabilising influence on the whole world situation. Just as in an organism, each individual organ must fulfil its individual function in coordination with the organism as a whole, the same is true of the global situation: every country, every nation, has its own individual effect with certain preconditions and abilities. The more external foreign forces have a regulatory influence on a country, the more it loses the connection with its true function.
In his yearly outlook for 2025 (https://heinz-grill.de/en/outlook-202...) Heinz Grill compares the current situation of countries with that of each individual, both of which are equally at a threshold: “Similar to the way a great number of individualities stand at a threshold of a new spiritual beginning, so the countries too, in their individual traditional, cultural, moral and aesthetic significance, are unable to progress in their material fabric alone and so need a new kind of spark.”
In this sense, this video is dedicated to Georgescu’s endeavour to lead Romania back to more independence and with this to an individual position and spiritual restrengthening.
