Wheated Bourbon All-grain

Hey y'all in this video I mashed in a wheated Bourbon All-grain mash with High temperature alpha amylase and gluco amylase then ran it through the copper Stillz it turned out fantastic as always on the pallet it was a good mellow corn with a dry wheat finish on the nose it was corn on the front and wheat on the backend it's great...Very smooth and tasty I will upload a video when i go to age it.I appreciate everyone for supporting the channel and as always please Like and Subscribe and share with a friend so the channel can continue to grow....Shine On #stevenstillz #moonshine #bourbon #wheat #corn #moonshiner

67% corn
33% red wheat
40lb corn
20lb wheat
HT alpha amylase
Gluco amylase
25 gallons water
8tbs dady yeast
Gravity 1.067
