Born and raised in San Diego, Alex is a successful B2B technology sales professional turned real estate entrepreneur. After graduating from Harvard in 2015, he built his career in software sales and business development, helping enterprise companies grow by leveraging technology. He purchased his first triplex at the age of 27, in his hometown of San Diego.

As managing partner, he focuses on acquiring the best deals possible through trusted broker relationships, direct-to-seller off-market acquisitions, and creative business partnerships. His business core values include having a bias towards action and giving more than we receive.
