✅ 816 Single Family homes went under agreement with 606 Single Families 💰 selling for an average price of $799k and a Median Price of $650k.

➡️ Condo Real Estate Market Data Week over Week ⬅️
✅ Condo inventory in Massachusetts on 📅 9/9 was 2,916 condos available to buyers with 797 newly listed condos coming on the market last week.
✅ 352 Condos went under agreement with 258 Condos 💰 selling for an average price of $711k and a Median Price of $571k.
