Assessing Stands with DroneDeploy

In this video, Pioneer Field Agronomist Adam Owens explains how Pioneer agronomists are performing stand assessments with drones and DroneDeploy technology. Assessing stands early helps growers adjust before their next plant in the current season as well as plants for the next growing season. Utilizing drones, agronomists can cover a larger area of a field and get a better idea of stand count overall. Agronomists can take the data from the stand evaluation and create a planting report card for fields and growers. The assessment paired with the report card help growers better understand how planting went and what to expect during harvest.
