This is how we like to rig up the Vexed Dhu heads for catching dhufish, snapper, baldchin etc. It is super simple and works really really well.

Attaching a flashy occy head assist hook to the bottom point of the jighead via a solid ring and split ring.

When working the soft plastic there is no need to work it too hard or fast, try to use it really slow while keeping it relatively close to the bottom. Work the lure up about 3-5mt off the bottom and then release it back down, try to keep the lure below the boat as much as you can without getting too much angle.
