the PMF talk, we see so many startups which are too much in love with their idea
without very little market validation. Focuses on putting customers first in the
early stages, even if it means manual, unscalable work. It will share why
personally engaging with initial users – via one-on-one outreach, concierge
onboarding, local meetups, etc. – is crucial to validate the idea and build a loyal
base. The talk also warns against worrying about competitors or vanity metrics
too early; instead, founders should ignore the noise and double down on solving
