Skeletons are a familiar mob, taken from the vanilla Minecraft. However, some additions have also been made.

Skeletons act as one of the common ranged enemies in the game. quipped with a bow and arrow, the skeleton archer deals ranged damage with a moderate rate of fire. Skeleton arrows fly fast enough to dodge, but if you aren't quick on your feet they'll land easily.

The skeletons archers are most effective when behind other mobs, dealing damage from safety.
They work well with zombies, using them as meat shields, or teaming up with spiders who lock you in place, making an easy target.


The common archer skeleton is not a tanky, with less health and defense than other mobs, but their ability to hit you before you can hit them is what gives them their strength.
However, a variant of the skeleton archer is larger, with some minor armor equipped - namely a helmet. They act much the same as the common skeletons, but are stronger.
