Effectively Setting Up the Left Hook to the Body. Tom Yankello of the ‪@WorldClassBoxingChannel‬ shows you an effective way to set up the left hook to the body using your lead hand. You first have your boxer throw a jab hook multiple times. Sometimes you throw the jab hook hard and then you can throw it soft. Tom then shows you how to throw the jab hook, jab hook, jab with a feint and then throw the left hook to the body. Tom also shows you how to throw a touch hook with proper footwork to set up your range to effectively throw the left hook to the body. Next Tom shows how to throw the jab hook, jab hook with no pause, then a feint and a left hook to the body.
