Check out what customers think about Ryonet's new Green Galaxy white Inks.

Why is white so hard to print? It's thick, it's hard and it doesn't lay down smooth. For years you've been searching and looking for answers and trying to find a solution. A solution is finally here with Meteor White by Green Galaxy. Meteor White is a high-quality and affordable opaque plastisol ink that exhibits a softer hand, easier print and faster flash than most other white ink in the market. Reducer is not needed to thin down your ink. Because of the triple blending technology used to make Meteor White, not only is it more consistent and creamier, it's more stable in hot and cold printing conditions and doesn't need as much prep work or mixing as traditional plastisol white inks. Great for spot color printing on cotton, halftone printing through higher mesh, spot process printing and white under bases, Meteor White will not only save you money, it makes screen printing with white ink fun again.

General Information:
Meteor White is a high performance easy to print cotton white ink. It is not a low-bleed ink and should be used on light or dark cotton garments, light synthetic fabrics or other non dye migrating fabrics. Not for use on dark polyester or dark polyester blend fabrics.

Mesh Guidelines:
Meteor White can be used with mesh between 110-305.

Stencil/Emulsion Guidelines:
Use with a standard plastisol emulsion. Using a higher solids emulsion such as Ryonet HiFi will help you create a thicker stencil for a better ink deposit.

Mixing Info:
Ready to use, right out of the bucket. Ink may be reduced with Curable Reducer, which will reduce viscosity and opacity. Meteor White is compatible with other additives such as stretch, puff and soft hand. Always test mixing ratios before going into production.

Printing Instructions:
Meteor White can be pulled or pushed manually. We recommend flooding the screen prior to printing. Ensure that you have proper off contact of between 1/16" and 1/8" to allow ink to properly transfer to the substrate.

Flashing Instructions:
Meteor White is a very fast flashing ink that creates an amazing under base for over printing. Flashing typically occurs at 220°F. Test for flashing; ink should be dry to touch. Be careful not to over flash as this may cause fusing issues with over printed ink.

Curing instructions:
325°F through the entire ink. Test dryer temperatures before a production run. Wash test printed product prior to beginning production run.

Clean Up Instructions:
Use plastisol screen wash such as Ryo Plastisol Screen Wash or Enviro Wipe . You can also use plastisol ink degradents in a wet clean up environment such as Enviro Wash or Citra-Paste . We do not recommend the use of mineral spirits sparingly, as it may break down screen adhesive.

Storage info:
Store in the original closed packaging at temperatures between 45°F and 100°F. Higher or lower temperatures may change the viscosity of the product. Keep container tightly closed.

General Safety Precautions:
Keep away from heat/sparks/open flame. Do not breathe vapors. Wear protective gloves. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using product. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Dispose of in accordance with local, regional, national and international regulations as specified.
