The terrifying clown appearing at the beginning is not just a comical figure —
he embodies mockery of the grief of ordinary people.
The jester performs a distorted ritual, washing the hero’s feet with blood — a grim parody of Christian purification —
turning it into a perverted initiation into the cult of war.
When he tears the cross from the hero’s neck and places a crown of thorns on his head,
it becomes both a reference to Christ’s suffering and a symbol of pain, deception, and spiritual enslavement.

The faceless gray creature represents the cold mechanism of the system — emotionless, obedient, and nameless.
Taped mouths symbolize silenced voices and censorship,
while pink glasses represent propaganda and illusion,
and red ones — the bloody consequences of blindness.

The ripped-off cross is a symbol of lost faith —
war not only takes lives, it destroys the soul.

The clown’s photo on the front page of “The Times” hints at the irony of fame —
those who profit from war become celebrated,
while the true heroes remain buried in silence.

In the third scene, the hero leads his family into the forest — to bury himself.
The devil on a golden throne with a cup of Baphomet stands nearby,
casting bloody golden coins,
which the clown and the gray creature greedily collect —
a symbol that for some, war is business.

The final act — a mother left alone by the grave —
embodies the ultimate grief brought by war.
The broken pink glasses beside her mark the collapse of illusion:
the truth of war can no longer be hidden behind propaganda.
This work is an original creation — concept, direction, script, music, and visuals belong entirely to the author.
The film reflects the tragedy of war and the loss of conscience and faith in the modern world.
