Marination

Add the ginger, garlic, coriander powder, chilli powder, pepper powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, salt, curry leaves, green chilli, and oil and mix it well and keep aside for 30 minutes

Curry preparation.

Take the cooker and add the marinated pork to it and wait for 3 vessels. Then add the diseased banana and cook it for a few more minutes. Once it's done, keep it aside.

Keep kadai on stow and add some oil to it.Once the oil gets heat add the shallot, chopped ginger and garlic and saute it well .

Then add the green chilli and curry leaves and mix it well .Once it cooks it well then add the sliced onion and saute it well until it becomes golden brown .

Then add the turmeric powder and mix well once it is done then add the coriander powder and saute it well.
Next add the red chilli powder and cook it well.Then add the balck pepper and garam masala and saute it well.
Once it is done add the finely chopped tomato and add salt to taste and cook for a few minutes.
Once the masala is ready then add 1/2 cup of lukewarm water and make the masala as a fine paste.
After this add the cooked pork and banana to it and saute it well. Then close the kadai with a lid and cook for a few minutes.
Then add the garam masala and saute it well and add the curry leaves on top of it and close with the lid and cook for a few more minutes.
After this turn off the stow and mix the curry well.
Now the tasty delicious ANGAMALY STYLE PORK AND BANANA Curry is ready to serve.

Move it serving bowl and enjoy it with kerala parotta or Rice
