Night Time Plane Spotting at Manchester Airport - Terminal 1 & 2 Ground Movements

In the winter, the days are short and the nights are long. This means that it goes dark around 16:00 and we can get some of the early evening movements in the dark.

The top of Terminal 1's multi storey car park offers great views over the apron and of terminals 1&2.

We filmed this on December 22nd, which is the shortest day of the year.
