Mr. Nicholas Msheliza, the Borno State collation agent for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) during the last Presidential election, has on Thursday, told the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal that practically all the result sheets from the different local governments within the state were mutilated, according to reports from THE PUNCH.
