In this episode, 22 year old, Max Dillon goes bankrupt after losing his job in Ohio. Max Dillon moves to New York to get enough money to keep his family healthy. On other news, Peter's new job as "Spider-Man" is causing him to be late to everything! Then after throwing himself out there Max found a job to work at one of the most successful places in New York "Fisk Industries" It wasn't what he thought it'd be, when the experiment went wrong Max had become the evil foe know as Electro. Electro want's revenge on Wilson Fisk for doing this to him but Fisk has complete control on every action he does. Will Spider-Man be able to stop this new foe?
