Make your own custom 3d printable resins with Genesis R&D base resin. Mix with your preferred powder(s), ceramics, metals, or other dry powdered materials. Combined with Genesis, you have a jumpstart for your formulation. Results vary with different powders and additives, such as dispersants, diluents, photo initiators and/or photo blockers may be necessary to achieve an optimal 3d printable material.

Steps:
Start by measuring out the amount of Genesis you will need
Choose your powder material of choice
Weigh out the amount of powder you need
The ratio will determine the density of the final product
Slowly start mixing the powder into the Genesis
Keep ramping up the speed as more powder is added
Load the resin into the Bison 1000
Change the material settings for the resin
Once saved, select the print and start
Once finished, remove build plate to examine the print
Clean prints off to determine if settings need to be altered
