SF Express Americas Region launched the first mile online shipping platform to its US customer. This is an exciting time for SF as customers will now be able to send up to 10 items seamlessly online to Mainland China.

Below are several highlighted features of the first mile online platform:

• Real-time Shipment Rate Quotes
• International order process with China customs affairs
• Integrated payment processing
• Shipment Status Tracking
• Option to cancel shipments
• Online orders systems for shipper record keeping

Customers will be able to either select van pickup if the shipper’s zip code falls within the SF Express pickup zone. Shipments outside of SF pickup zone will be scheduled for UPS pickup with delivery to the closest SF Express Gateways in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Delaware, or Dallas drop off points.
