Today Tim reviews The Dubliner Bourbon Cask Aged Irish Whiskey. In order to be considered an "Irish" whiskey, they need to be made throughout the island of Ireland, including both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. An Irish whiskey must also include malted barley and may include other unmalted cereal grains. The Dubliner offers aromas of sweet toffee and caramel. Light mouthfeel and body with flavors of that sweet toffee and caramel. Light notes of smoke appear mid-palate, and then lead into a smooth, well balanced finish. Cheers
