Vintage Japanese Combat Joe Figure Repairs - Toy Polloi

In the US you have G.I.Joe. In the UK we have Action Man. In Japan they had Combat Joe.
There figures made by Takara need some work before I can put them on display as like a lot of old figures the rubber used inside has perished and the figures have fallen apart. Let's get them fixed up.
