Facility managers can record energy costs by entering details such as expense type (e.g., electricity, gas, or water), date, and amount. Supporting invoices or receipts can be attached, and comments added for full transparency. Entries remain editable to ensure accuracy and maintain a clear audit trail.
Facility managers can also view expenses in the Budget section for each premises and compare allocated versus actual spending. This functionality delivers real-time visibility into costs, strengthens accountability, and helps organizations manage energy expenses more effectively.
