Ramaka Solutions lunch bag.
I have a few of these in different colors and was not asked to review this as I have had this for a while. Then a friend showed me her lunch bag and I had to take mine out to show her. Hers was smaller so she carried a thermal bag for her drinks or puts her drinks in the frig at work and still has to make a trip away from her desk to get her drinks. She was telling how a few times she wasn’t sure which drink was hers and that may be someone dipped into the frig and took hers totally by mistake. Lunch came and she had no drink. So the idea of having a bag to keep things cold in for lunch that is big enough to put your drinks in too was very appealing to her. This bag is the larger one so lots can fit in here. She was impressed with the size and quality. Me too.
First I really like how it folds back up for storage and has the extra large mesh pocket on the inside that can hold plenty. Those are two really big pluses as there are times I don’t want to carry my purse down the picnic grounds or the park. My keys go in my pocket and all these extra pockets can carry the other items I need such as my book, purse, reading or sunglasses, wipes, epi pens etc.
There are two large mesh pockets on both sides, a large mesh pocket on the inside lid with a zipper and a large front lined pocket with a zipper in the front. It has a carry handle on the top and also a shoulder strap that can clip on and off if you don’t want to use it. I keep my large strap on. Sometimes I make mine fairly heavy so I carry the bag from the bottom until it is partly empty. I had 6 cans of soda, 3 or 4 Gatorades, 3 bottles of water, cheeses, silverware, snacks, my phone, epi pens, hand wipes, napkins and various other items in the side pockets. I should have taken a photo or put it in the video when it was all packed an put in the car. The ice and packing it full makes it heavy. It survived my over packing. That is a super good thing.
I clean it up, wipe it out and leave it folded up in a box in the back of my car to use for grocery shopping. I like having something to put the cold things in since I do a lot of running around at one time. I don’t want any of the frig stuff to get to warm.
Having lots of fun with this one and there are many uses. Not JUST picnic and lunch bag.
Anniversary is coming up. We will take off for a weekend – I always pack breakfast items and snacks. Can’t always eat at restaurants.
