Fixing a broken cordless Screwdriver - Tools repair

I have had this cordless screwdriver for ages and while using it for a job that required high torque (on a massive screw) it stopped turning and started to make a whining noise.
After disassembling I noticed that the teeth inside the plastic casing had gone completely.
The challenge was to create new teeth for the spur gears to engage. For this I used Polymorph (the best invention since sliced bread)
Once the polymorph was heated and moulded the screwdriver worked like a charm.
