In this video, we will talk about creating Ratios in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).

1- Use the PBIX file used in the previous video.
2- There are two types of calculations in DAX:
a- Calculated Columns
b- Calculated Measures
3- We created a calculated column for Sales-to-Cost Ratio = Sales / Cost
4- The calculation was not correct, so we would need to create a Measure Calculation.
Sales-to-Cost Ratio Measure = sum(F_SALES[Sales]) / Sum(F_SALES[Cost])

5- Let's create a calculated column Gross Profit = F_SALES[Sales] - F_SALES[Cost].
6- Let's create a calculated Measure Gross Profit Margin
Gross Profit-to-Sales Ratio = sum(F_SALES[Gross Profit])/ sum(F_SALES[Sales])
7- In the next set of videos, we are going to focus on creating Iterators - SUMX, YTD, MTD etc.
8- Do the following Hands on exercises.

2- Use the same PBIX file, which was used for F_SHIPMENT in the previous set of videos.
3- Create a Calculated Column to calculate Freight, which would be 10% of the Shipment_Price.
4- Create a Calculated Column to calculate Tax, which would be 25% of the Shipment_Price.
