SumTotal 18.1 caps off a two-year cycle of significant investment in our platform and customer experience. The core platform has increased capabilities for employee engagement, gamification, mobile, reporting, search performance and accessibility for the user as well as enhanced features for recruiting, native xAPI training, e-signatures, widgets, reporting and analytics for administrators. Major themes for this release include compliance to help create safer workplaces and inspire cultural change, EU GDPR support, employee engagement, talent acquisition and a mobile-first design.
