How to start your Medical Medium Lifestyle

How can you start the Medical Medium lifestyle? In this video I will guide you through it. Please note that if you’re looking for more detailed information, I recommend you read Medical Medium’s books.

Here are 4 things you need to do if you want to start your Medical Medium lifestyle today.
1. Cut out the “troublemaker foods”
The food to avoid, is quite a big list (see below). I understand that this can be totally overwhelming especially if you’re new to Medical Medium info. You could start by taking out the big ones first, Eggs, Dairy, Gluten and Soft drinks.
The hardest part of changing your diet/lifestyle is changing your habits. We are so used to doing things in a certain way. We are used to what we eat and drink, to the food we quickly prepare for ourselves or our family or the food we buy when we run in and out the supermarket after a busy day. These habits can be challenging to change. What you need is a plan and good alternatives, that work for you.
2. Bring in lemon water & celery juice
Lemon water and celery juice. These two things are probably what Medical Medium is most famous for. Medical Medium says: “Lemon water is the perfect way to hydrate, purify, and revitalize your body each morning. By adding fresh squeezed lemon juice, you “wake up” the water and bring it back to life. This allows it to travel more deeply into your tissues and cells and carry the essential nutrients and compounds you need to thrive.”
It is important to wait at least 15-30 minutes after drinking lemon water (longer is even better) before you drink your celery juice. Every morning I am drink 500 ml of celery juice on an empty stomach. Make sure it’s fresh, plain celery juice with no other ingredients.
Celery juice is a medicinal, not a caloric drink, so you’ll still need breakfast afterward to power you through the morning. Simply wait at least 15-30 minutes after drinking your celery juice before consuming anything else.
3. Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie
The Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie is a Medical Medium smoothie with 5 specific ingredients that, according to Medical Medium, work together in an amazing way. In another video I will show you which ingredients you need and how you can make the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie. I make this smoothie for my family every day and we drink it 30 minutes after finishing our celery juice.

4. Keep your mornings fat free
And the last thing to start with is to keep your mornings fat free. You are giving your liver a break when you don’t consume fats and that allows your liver to continue to cleanse.
A fat free morning means NO coffee, milk, nuts, avocado, seeds, yoghurt, meat, no cruesli, no dried fruits and don’t consume salt. Stick to fruits, herbs, and leafy greens instead. My favorite breakfast recipe is the Medical Medium apple porridge. Made with apples, dates, lemon juice and cinnamon. Just put all the ingredients in the food processor and enjoy.
