5 large eggs
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp granulated onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 oz of grated parmesan cheese
1 large Roma tomato
1 Tbsp of butter for baking dish
bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 to 30 minutes or until cooked in the center
