How to make a Nokia Monochrome Screen in Adobe Photoshop

Hey everyone, today I'm going to show you how to create a pixel effect that resembles a monochrome phone screen. You've probably seen these before on old Nokia phones. I wanted to do this effect for some time now, and I finally got the hang of it (I think). If you have suggestions on how to improve it, let me know in the comments!
