Do you have a heart for helping others? GCU’s College of Humanities and Social Sciences (CHSS) focuses on human flourishing by offering degree programs in areas such as counseling, psychology, communications, behavioral health science and social work. Our students have the opportunity to gain both a comprehensive education and the support needed to help prepare them to navigate today’s world. CHSS also offers community volunteer opportunities such as Changing Lives Outreach and CityServe and facilities such as the Lopes Media Lab to help enhance experiential learning. Transfer-friendly programs and resources, including the Pre-Law Society and Canyon Counselors, can provide flexibility and preparation for students who choose to continue on to graduate or law school.
