This message is for anyone walking through a difficult season and wondering how to stay faithful when life feels heavy.
I share from my own lived experience, including loss, single motherhood, people-pleasing, and codependency, and how faith has helped me stay steady through times of uncertainty. One truth I’ve always held onto is this: this too shall pass. Even when a moment feels overwhelming, what we are experiencing is temporary.
I also reflect on a biblical truth from the book of Jeremiah—that God has plans to prosper us and not to harm us. Often, growth requires change, and those changes can feel uncomfortable. From my perspective, these seasons are not punishment, but invitations to grow, realign, and return to what truly matters.
There is no single right or wrong way to live a faithful life. Faith is personal, lived, and shaped through real experiences. In times of challenge, we have a choice: to let life make us bitter, or to let it make us better.
If you’re going through a hard time right now, I hope this message reminds you that you are not alone. God is with you in the uncomfortable moments, God is within you, and God is not leaving you. Sometimes hope is simply holding on—one breath, one moment, one small seed of faith at a time.
