If you idle your 2019 Edge 2.0 Ecoboost too long this will happen

Automatic Engine Shutdown occurs at approximately the 30 minute mark. The timer will then display as it did in the video and provide you with options to continue to idle the engine. No action and the engine shuts down and the car turns off to save the battery. Designed to save fuel and wear and tear on the engine.
