Colchester Master 2500 - scraping underside of cross slide

Описание к видео Colchester Master 2500 - scraping underside of cross slide

I explain how I treated the cross-slide flats, with both BIAX- and hand-scraping techniques and the tools for roughing to the wanted flatness of 5-10/1000mm and then finishing to say up to 15-20 points per inch for the wanted surface quality with respect to creating oil pockets as well as the importance of the depth of cut to get a "lasting result". All of the above, ie. practising as well as showing is done to the best of my ability.. which doesn't rule out the possibility of errors nor that there are other ways to do things :)
PS! No text comments this time.. just my attempts of tormenting you with my English language skills.. :)
