Release and Clear the Past, Renew a Sense of Self, Winter Solstice Meditation

If you feel stuck or not living to your full potential, this guided meditation will help you identify, clear and release whatever is holding you back. This uses the winter solstice, the longest night, as a time for you to look inwards, to reflect and release whatever is needed in order to move forward. You are guided to identify limiting thoughts, beliefs, painful or stuck emotions, anxiety and gently let go of these. Even at a soul and spirit level, you may find some form of release as you sit in quiet in front of a log fireplace, far away from any demands from the outside world.

In the space that remains you are guided to identify and take on empowering thoughts, motivating beliefs, to fill up your heart space with courage and reignite your passion. I guide you then to connect all the levels of wisdom within you: mind, heart, intuition, passion.
