Veres Nagy Tímea shares her unique experiences with community development in marginalized Roma communities. Tímea emphasizes that true community building requires deep trust and empathy, moving beyond mere cooperation to genuine collaboration. How do we build a community and what is the path to social change? Since her teenage years, Tímea Veres Nagy has believed in the power of ideas and in harnessing the potential in people. She now lives in Sfântu Gheorghe and uses her skills as a project leader of the Sepsi Local Action Group Association to support isolated and marginalised local communities, ensuring their development and decent transition from need to change.
