This is one of two characters released by the author back in April Fools, the other being Joe. It's Caillou's father albeit based on his abusive GoAnimate/Vyond counterpart.
He has a MVC playstyle with good comboality. His moves include a gun, a butt smack, lightsaber and a move similar to SSB Luigi's torpedo move that can only be done if you are near a wall. His hypers are a pillar of energy, a combo (I couldn't show this one in this run), summon a pissed off Boris to trample over the opponent and his Level 3 hyper: Ground the opponent for 12391294329234 million years.
