Hey Everybody, Welcome back to more Spear of Destiny 100% Walkthrough.

This is Floor 16: King of the Mutants.

This is the third Boss Battle with Übermutant.

This will be played on the "I am Death Incarnate" Difficulty with getting a 100% of Kills, Secrets, and Treasure, just like in Wolfenstein 3D.
