So here is my next video. I’ve been messing around with the pro pull trainer coming up with different drills and exercises. I find these two have been especially helpful for me. The first will give the lead hip an activation workout and teach a powerful position. The second will improve some forehand technique and strength and both will hopefully make you feel more powerful afterwards.
