Ingredients:
1 medium egg 🥚
1 tbsp (19g) mashed banana 🍌 (or butter/oil)
¼ cup (61g) almond protein milk 🥛
½ tsp vanilla
3 tbsp (24g) flour
1 scoop chocolate protein powder 🍫
2 tbsp (15g) sugar-free hot chocolate mix
1 tbsp (8g) cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
Dash of salt

Instructions:
-In a small bowl, beat the egg 🥚 and mash the banana 🍌. Mix in the rest of the wet ingredients until combined. 🥣
-In your microwave-safe mug, mix together the dry ingredients. 🥄
-Pour the wet ingredients into the mug and stir until just combined. Don't overmix! 🔄
