Ep46 - Diamond Pounding in Durand, Michigan (Canadian National, Huron & Eastern Railroad)

In this episode, we stop at the Amtrak Station in Durand, Michigan. Home of two major Canadian National mainlines, that cross over each other via diamond. We see a few Canadian National trains going over the diamond & taking the two WYE's there. Huron & Eastern Railroad also makes an appearance (A Genesee & Wyoming company). They do some switching and make headroom for the yard. So we see quite a bit of train action in just a short time there. The railroad doesn't have a huge presence in the state of Michigan as it does in some of its neighboring states, but there's some train action to be found there and we went to the right place for some. Come along as we see some trains pound the diamonds at Durand, Michigan!
