Lissette will be taking you through a big brew recipe for this Month subscription coffee, the Ethiopia Layo Teraga natural. In this brew Lissette take you through a big brew using the OREA V4 Narrow and Wide using OREA Paper Filter.

Recipe: 28g of coffee to 450g water at 92C
- Pour 1: 90g bloom 40s
- pour 2 : up to 200
- pour 3: up to 350g
- Pour 4: up to 450g
- Total brew time 3:00 for Narrow brewer and 3:30 for Wide brewer.
- Grinder - 1zpresso K-Ultra 7.6, Medium- fine-ish to use with faster brewer
- Paper filter: OREA Wave Filter

Founded in 1976, the Layo Teraga cooperative provides market access for its smallholder members that would otherwise not have existed in Guji, where prices for coffee have historically been lower than neighboring Gedeo or Sidama zones because of this lack of market access. Located in northern Uraga in the Guji zone, the 1841 smallholder members of the cooperative grow coffee in gardens around their homes in semi-forested environments at staggeringly high elevations of 2342 MASL. This coffee is also certified organic.

This coffee is quite fruity, it is perfect for every occasion from interesting espresso to sweet and fruity pourover, and jammy french press.
