This one was really cool to check out on video for you today. As you know I like to use the original supplies that came with the set. I had my suspicions that the old chocolate would not work, but I did have a back-up bag of new melting chocolate ready to go. I found out later that we had all of the colors in the melting chocolate baking section of the kitchen :) Regardless of all of that, it worked! How cool is that. I would like to come back at a later date and show all of the different pictures. The next video would go much quicker! I would also probably just melt the chocolate on the side because the water method does take much longer to melt. I have used this type of set in the past and I knew what I was getting into.
