Where I knew I needed to step it up and where I needed to hold back and take a pause.

On paper, I could have easily remained the same.

However my heart, mind and soul said otherwise.

In fact, when I wrote down the new plan on paper, it didn’t make sense.

But yet, it was right. It was right at the time and my instinct was rewarded quickly. But I threw everything at it… I didn’t assume the plan or results would magically reveal themselves.

This week, I want to take you behind the scenes of that process 5years ago.

I want to show you how and share some of my brilliant decisions and others, I would rather forget, however I think they are important to acknowledge.
