IF YOU WIN ANYTHING, A VALID ID MUST BE PRESENTED TO VERIFY YOUR AGE BEFORE YOU CAN COLLECT ANY WINNINGS OR YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED AND ALL WINNING PRIZE AMOUNTS WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE CHANNEL
This contest is free to enter.
Participants and winning contestants must follow the official rules, terms, conditions and how to officially enter the contest or you will be disqualified and all winning prize amounts will be forfeited to the channel.
The winning contestants must have a valid email, Venmo, Cash App or PayPal account in order to receive any winning prize amounts and to validate the winning contestant.
All winning prize amounts will be paid out in US DOLLARS ONLY!
The 20 winning contestants will each win a 50% share in ownership of 2 randomly chosen $10 Ohio Lottery Scratch-Off Tickets. The channel will remain the owner of all these tickets and retain a 50% share of ownership of all 40 scratch-off tickets purchased for the 400 Subscribers Contest Giveaway.
If any of the 2 tickets that each winning contestant has a 50% share in ownership win a monetary prize amount, they will be entitled to receive 50% of that monetary prize amount after any taxes have been deducted and withheld from the prize amount by the Ohio Lottery Commission.
The 20 winning contestants will also be announced on this video in the description at the top of the page.
The 20 winning contestants MUST contact the channel via email at: [email protected], before 9:00 AM EST September 6, 2024 to claim their prize or they will be disqualified and any and all winning prize amounts will be forfeited to the channel.
We will validate the winning contestants by giving them a secret code. They MUST be able to edit their original comment on this video and insert their secret code before 9:00 PM EST September 6, 2024. This is how we will validate that the person we are communicating with in the email is in fact the winning contestant.
The channel will keep all the tickets and any monetary prize amounts won between $0 to $25,000 will be cashed out using the Mobile Cashing option on the MyLotto Rewards app from the Ohio Lottery or cashed out at a local Ohio Lottery retailer.
The channel will keep all the tickets and any monetary prize amounts won over $25,000 will have to be taken to the Ohio Lottery claim office. The winning contestant must be able to meet at the Ohio Lottery claim office. Location and date to be determined once the claim office has been contacted by the channel. The Ohio Lottery has a Columbus office located at 780 Morrison Rd., Columbus, OH 43210. The ticket will be claimed by both owners. The Ohio Lottery claim office will split the winning prize amount between both owners. The Ohio Lottery will withhold taxes on each of those halves and the funds will be mailed to each owner separately. If the winning contestant is unable to meet at the Ohio Lottery claim office on the date set forth by the channel their half will be forfeited to the channel.
Any personal information collected will only be used for the sole purpose of contacting and delivering any prize amounts won by the winning contestants. Any personal information collected will not be retained, sold or shared with anyone.
