Cottage Cheese Mac & Cheese is a high protein Mac & Cheese recipe. Its made using whole wheat pasta and a super creamy Cottage Cheese Sauce. Make this easy recipe for your perfect healthy weeknight dinner meal.

Comforting, Nutritious and Satisfying at the same time!

ingredients:

1. 8 OZ Whole Wheat Pasta
2. 4 cups Bone Broth (low sodium) (OPTIONAL)
3. 1 cup Cottage Cheese
4. 1 tsp Garlic Powder
5. 1 tsp Onion Powder
6. 1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
7. 1 tsp Dried Oregano
8. Salt & Pepper (as per taste)
9. 1/2 cup Milk (low fat)
10. 1/4 cup Parmesan (freshly grated)

Instructions:

1. Add Whole Wheat Pasta to a saucepan. Add Bone Broth and simmer over low heat for 5 min or until al dente
2. Add Cottage Cheese and all the spices & seasonings in a blender. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour this mixture into a large skillet. Add the drained pasta to it.
4. Cook just until the sauce thickens up.
5. Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan and chopped Parsley.
