National Herald Case: नेशनल हेराल्ड केस मामले की आज सुनवाई करते हुए दिल्ली हाईकोर्ट ने राहुल गांधी और सोनिया गांधी से जवाब मांगा है. ईडी ने सोनिया और राहुल के खिलाफ आरोप पत्र पर संज्ञान लेने से इनकार करने वाले निचली अदालत के आदेश के खिलाफ हाईकोर्ट का दरवाजा खटखटाया था.
National Herald Case: The Delhi High Court, hearing the National Herald case today, has sought a response from Rahul Gandhi and Sonia Gandhi. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had approached the High Court challenging the lower court's order that refused to take cognizance of the chargesheet against Sonia and Rahul.
