The album “Navavarana Krithis” is an exquisite album in exaltation of Goddess in multitudinal Kritis sung by Mani Krishnaswami and composed by Muthuswami Dikshitar.

A well-known music critic once wrote: "Her voice, at once golden and mellifluous, fetching any phrase or note in whatever pitch, is her asset. From 'Varnam' to 'Tillana' it can sustain a recital, without a single false note. In this aspect, she is next only to Smt.M.S.Subbulakshmi."
