If you find yourself needing to restart Windows Explorer on a regular basis, you may find it tedious to have to go to Task Manager ever time to do so. You can however, make a restart Windows Explorer shortcut that you can then place on your taskbar or start menu to restart Explorer as needed.

Here is the text for the shortcut.
C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c taskkill.exe /f /im explorer.exe && start explorer.exe
