Beef
3 onions
1 cup of yogurt

For the mashed potatoes:
4 potatoes
1 tablespoon of butter
200g cheese
100ml milk
Salt, Pepper


Slice 3 onions into rings and place them in a plastic bowl. Add 1 cup of yogurt, salt, pepper, and thyme, then mix well. Tenderize the meat a little, then crush it and pour it over the prepared onions. Mix everything together and cover the bowl. To ensure the meat softens better, let it rest in the fridge for 3 hours. Add butter to the copper pan and cook over medium heat until the meat is browned. Once the meat is browned, add the onions to the pan and caramelize them. With this recipe, you will get super soft, very delicious steaks. Enjoy!

For the mashed potatoes: Boil 4 potatoes. Once the potatoes are cooked, add salt, pepper, butter, cheese, and milk, then mix well. To make the steak and mashed potatoes even more flavorful when serving, melt a little cheese in a separate pan and pour it on top. You can also add dill to taste.
