I honestly didn't think that I could make it up to the podium, because there are a lot of amazing athletes here today. My goal for myself was to use this competition as a practice, only focusing on doing my best. I didn't think much at all about the medals.
After balance beam when I was ranked first place, my coach didn't tell me, so I actually had no idea! She just told me to focus on doing the best floor routine I can, so that's what I did.
I would give myself a 95/100 for today's performance. I got to perform all of the skills and routines that I've been training, and I am pretty satisfied with the competition overall.
After winning the medal today, I still need to place my focus on my skills and what I can control, instead of thinking too much about the result. I need to think about the process in order to come to a successful conclusion.

Q: Is that your own beam?
No, I think most people utilize similar things at competitions to help them get ready to compete.
Q: So you allowed Nemour to use the beam with you?
Well, it was empty anyways, so might as well let someone else use it.
Q: Did you have any conversations with Nemour?
We trained together, but my language skills are bad, so we didn't have much interaction at all.
