It doesn't take much but a little makeup, bed head hair, and your favorite neutral cozy outfit. You can even do this as a group costume by having your friends dress up as Edward Cullen, Jacob Black, Jasper, Alice, Rosalie, Esme, and Emmett! Maybe throw in a baby doll to be Renesmee!
